Mattie Brahen has sold stories to Marion Zimmer Bradley's Fantasy Magazine, Scheherazade, Dreams of Decadence, and the Barnes & Nobel anthology Crafty Little Cat Crimes. Her first novel, Claiming Her (Part 1 of The Alliance Chronicles) is scheduled for publication in December 2003. She is also an artist, musician, and songwriter.
